Terms of Service
PrecisStudy is a free study-guide site built by one high schooler as a personal project. These terms are short and plain on purpose — there's no legal team behind this, just a genuine attempt to be upfront about how the site works.
It's free
PrecisStudy doesn't charge for anything, doesn't have a paid tier, and doesn't collect payment information. If that ever changes, it'll be clearly announced — nothing will silently start costing money.
Refunds
Because PrecisStudy never charges for anything or collects payment information, there is nothing to refund. This section exists purely for clarity, not because a paid product exists.
Who runs this
PrecisStudy is an individual's personal project, not a registered company or business entity. There's no corporate address to publish, and — since the person running it is a high school student — no personal address is published either, for their own safety. The way to reach a real person about PrecisStudy is the email link below; it's read by the person who built the site.
Use it for studying, not for anything harmful
- Don't try to break, scrape at scale, or abuse the site (including spamming the guide-request or AI helper forms).
- Don't use an account that isn't yours, or attempt to access another student's saved progress.
- Be reasonable with the AI Study Helper — it's meant for studying, not for generating unrelated content.
Accounts
Signing in uses Google or GitHub — PrecisStudy never has its own password for your account. You're responsible for keeping your Google/GitHub account secure. You can sign out, or ask us to delete your PrecisStudy data, at any time.
No guarantees on content accuracy
The study guides, practice questions, and AI-generated answers are built to be accurate, but this is a solo project without a professional editorial team. Please don't treat anything here as a substitute for your teacher, textbook, or official exam prep materials — always double-check anything you're unsure about.
The site may change
Features can be added, changed, or removed at any time — this is an actively developed personal project, not a stable commercial product with uptime guarantees. Saved progress is stored as a convenience, not a permanent guarantee; back up anything important to you elsewhere if it matters.
No warranty
PrecisStudy is provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind. Use it at your own discretion. We're not liable for exam outcomes, grades, or any decisions made based on content from this site.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in any meaningful way, this page will be updated and the date above will change.
